Paid repair after warranty in Europe


Covid imposes new requirements and responsibility. If you want to send your Roborock for service, you must select the "diagnostics" service below and pay by credit card or bank. After payment, you will receive a DPD/TNT shipping label by e-mail. You need to pack your Roborock, stick the shipping label and we will call the courier to you. Upon receiving the Roborock, we will perform a diagnosis of the Roborock and notify you of the repairs to be carried out, deadlines, coordinate the repair costs with you and issue an invoice for it. You will receive the repaired Roborock at the nearest DPD/TNT parcel locker.
